Sea Salt Caramels

We are so excited to have our Sea Salt Caramels now available to order, which won a Great Taste Award this year! I'm so proud of this recipe, that I've spent the last couple of years perfecting. Using a 40% single origin milk chocolate as the case, filled with a delicious sea salt caramel, made with caramelised sugar, fresh double cream, the best sea salt and golden chocolate.
